本案位于遼寧省沈陽市大東區北部，緊鄰東北大馬路，位于一環二環之間，距離沈陽市主要商業街中心-中街商圈（沈陽故宮）約4公里，距沈陽市市政廣場約6公里。設計風格為簡約歐式風格，以創造出和諧，穩重的古典風范和氣勢宏大的動感藝術為設計目的。在整個設計的布局上，突出展現歐式園林的典型特性，強調對稱，以南北和東西軸線作為景觀結構框架，軸線上布置藝術雕塑，歐式花缽，華麗的鋪裝，體現了歐式園林豐富而絢麗的形象。在中心景觀區，我們完美復制了歐式大湖景。其中，富于變化的湖岸景觀，22米的主景觀塔樓與湖面交相輝映，仿佛繪制出一幅歐陸小鎮的風情油畫，讓人感動。
 
The project is located in north of Dadong District, Shenyang, adjacent with Dongbei Avenue, between circuit road No. 1 and 2. It’s 4 km away from the main commercial street center (Shenyang Palace), 6 km from municipal plaza. Landscape style is defined as simple European, it’s aimed to create harmonious and classical, massive and grand arts design. For the whole layout, the design gives prominence to typical European garden features, symmetrical,landscape skeleton upon south-to-north and east-to-west axis, along which are set arts sculpture, European flowerpots and gorgeous paving, creating diverse and florid atmosphere. Within the central zone, designers reproduce European lake view perfectly, among which changeable lake view, 22-meter-high tower reflecting with lake, just like a painting of European town, all of them make people deeply moved.
