為了使Art Deco風格的內涵與現代生活相融合，設計師以現代的景觀語言去詮釋該項目的整體設計，打造一處個性的高端住宅項目，展現出浪漫、純粹、精致、生態、低調而奢華等特點，充滿了現代裝飾主義的尊貴感。

Art Deco style is a proper option style in a high-end residential project and com-mercial complex. The design is integrated through modern landscape language, and it’s expected to create a different high end landscape, which is romantic, pure, exquisite, eclogical，low-key and luxurious; all of them are full of the noblity of Art Deco.

The design utilizes progressive space and sensational treatment methods, intrigering inner echo from exterior to interior courtyard to create the ideal and livable home. Water features, landscape walls, artistic sculptures and pavilions, together with local plants and flowers, construct exotic and modern Art Deco landscape.
