該項目位于四川省成都市，整個園區依山而建，擁有12萬平方米的湖區，場地內地勢最大高差達80米，依山面水、風景絕佳，且保留了五龍山的原生森林，成為城市近郊山、水、森林的別墅區。
 

該項目旨在打造一個具有法式風情、充滿活力且兼具生態修復功能的實用別墅區。該項目的定位以中國綠色建筑三星認證標準為準則，以尊重自然為前提，注重景觀設計的品質，提高景點、景觀通道、地形改造、排水、蓄水的質量，促進植被的恢復與棲息地的保護。五龍山有12萬平方米的湖體面積，為了保證水體質量，設計師在湖泊內設置了自我修復系統，并采用生態濕地垂直流技術修建了三個濕地，通過物理方式達到循環凈化水質的目的。
 

設計師充分考慮到景觀與建筑的關系，在確保園區景觀品質的同時，塑造出法式園林特有的大尺度空間。景觀小品的設計中大量運用法式元素，突顯出法式園林的尊貴與典雅，營造出別具風情的別墅區。

 

The project is situated in Chengdu, Sichuan, the whole project is built close to the mountain, next to the water, with altitude differences up to 80m at the maximum. The project is in possession of the lake area of 120,000 ㎡, with attractive view facing the water against the mountain. The design remains the original forest to the maximum extent, which creates exquisite villa area with mountain, water and forest resources closest to urban center.
 

The project is aimming at creating a unique French style and vigorous villa area, both ecological and well equipped. Based on the China Green Building Three Star Certification Standards and respecting nature, the designers lay emphasis on the landscape design quality, improve the quality of feature nodes, sidewalks, terrain transformation, drainage and storage, and promote plant recover and preservation of habitat. The lake area is up to 110,000㎡, the self-restoration system is built up to ensure the water quality. The design of three wetlands based on the vertical flow technique achieves the goal of water recycle through physical method. 
 

Upon sufficient consideration of relationship between landscape and architecture, the designers create unique large-scale space of French garden, while assuring the landscape quality of the project. Plenty of French elements is adopted in landscape accessories, which highlights the nobility and elegance of French garden and creates characteristic villa area.
